This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through
U.S Shipping:
Bundles By Monét delivers all over the country.
Bundles By Monét orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-6:00pm)
For security reasons, Bundles By Monét will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order or its address.
ALL HAIR EXTENSION AND LACE WIG ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders always begin processing the next business day
All Hair Extension and Lace Wig Orders: All orders require a Processing time of 6-8 business days.
Custom Wig Orders: Custom Wig Orders require a turnaround time of 8-14 business days.
Hair Products: Hair products orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
SHIPPING
Once orders have completed processing, your order will be shipped to you. Shipping timeframe can be 2-3 Days depending on customer’s physical address.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been processed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. It will contain your tracking number via USPS.
DELAYS
BundlesByMonét is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural and uncontrollable events. Additionally, BundlesByMonét is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Sundays or Holidays
UNDELIVERED OR WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESSES
If at the time of delivery the customer is not available, USPS will reattempt delivery the following business day.
BundlesByMonét will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
If a package is sent back due to insufficient address, customer will be required to pay for an additional updated shipping label.
ALL ORDERS HAVE 30 DAYS FROM DATE ORDER WAS RETURNED TO PICK UP OR REPURCHASE A NEW LABEL. IF ITEM IS NOT PICKED UP/RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS...ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

SEZZLE/AFTERPAY PAYMENTS:
BundlesByMonét offers Sezzle and AfterPay Payment Plans Online.
Processing Time for orders paid using Sezzle/AfterPay will require an additional 2-3 days for verification.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
All Orders are FINAL SALE.
BundlesByMonét does not accept any returns or exchanges due to sanitation reasons.
Hair Products: If you experience any quality issues with your product (Ex: cracked bottle, foam pump issues etc…) please contact us for a replacement.
