IN STORE PICKUPS

BundlesByMonét offers a ‘Ship To Store' Option for online orders. This option allows customers to order items and have them shipped to our store. Same day pickups for online orders not accepted.

IN STORE PICKUP PROCESSING TIME

ALL ONLINE ORDERS REQUIRE A 6-8 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME.

We process Online orders and In Store Inventory SEPARATELY. We do not allow same day pickups for Online orders. You MUST wait the processing time

Orders will require a 6-8 business day timeframe to pick up your order. (WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND MONDAYS NOT INCLUDED...

IF YOUR ORDER FALLS ON A MONDAY TO BE PICKED UP, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE THE NEXT TUESDAY DUE TO OUR STORE HOURS)

 

If you would like to pick up hair same day or by a specific date, please visit us in store to complete your purchase!

 

BundlesByMonét does not allow changes or exchanges to online orders for In Store Items. If you order is not available in store, you will receive a pickup ready email 6-8 business from the date order was placed.

 

Remember, Business Days do not include weekends, or holidays.

 

SEZZLE/AFTER-PAY PAYMENTS

BundlesByMonét offers AfterPay Payments Online AND In Store

Processing Time for Online orders paid using Sezzle/Afterpay will require an additional 1-3 days for verification

To purchase In Store using Sezzle/Afterpay, download the app and register your account. Simply tap your phone in store to complete your purchase.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept any refunds, exchanges for in store items for online purchases once processing has begun. If policies are not read or understood before ordering causing any confusion or inconvenience, it will result in an automatic refund and the customer will be unable to make any purchases with the business in the future.
